This policy covers the private text-message assistant operated by Brooks Jones Consulting ("we," "us"). The service is used only by its owner, Brooks Jones.

What we collect

• The mobile phone number that texts the assistant and the content of the texts it sends and receives.
• Your opt-in record, including the date and time you texted START and confirmed.
• Business information the owner chooses to connect to the assistant, such as email and calendar data, which is used only to operate the service for the owner.

How we use it

We use this information to send alerts, calendar updates and replies, to keep records of consent, to keep the service secure, and to fix problems. We do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers to run the service, including a messaging provider (Twilio), a cloud hosting provider (Microsoft Azure), and an AI provider (Anthropic). They process data only to deliver the service for us.

SMS opt-in data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing.

Your choices

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Security and retention

We protect data with access controls and encryption in transit. Message records and consent records are kept as long as needed to run the service and to meet legal and carrier requirements.
